Terms and conditions of sale

    FORMULA APPARTAMENTI – SOLO PERNOTTAMENTO

    The rates of the apartments include the following services:

    • The consum of electricity - water - gas, IVA are included.
    • Parking space in fenced area.
    • Shuttle Service for the sea
    • Relax Area and common barbecue
    • E’ possibile inserire un lettino/culla da campeggio.
    • Air conditioning included in all rooms.
    • Guest parking space included based on availability.

    The rates of the apartments dont't include the following obbligatory services:

    • Deposit: € 50.00, refundable at the end of the stay, unless withholding for damage caused.
    • Final cleaning: € 30,00
    • Cleaning of corner kitchen if not done by the client (unquestionable judgment of the owner) € 30.00
    • Tourist tax: rate at the time

    By ending the booking you implicitly accept the following points, also listed in pricing on this site

    • The documents must be delivered after the arrival and the final payment of the entire period booked.
    • In case of late arrival or early departure, for any reason, there is no refund.
    • The renounce of the stay does not give the right to any refund.
    • Non è ammesso nell’alloggio un numero di persone superiore a quello dichiarato all’atto della prenotazione e comunque superiore al numero di posti letto previsto per la specifica tipologia dell’alloggio.
    • Pets are not allowed
    • Per garantire un soggiorno sereno, gli ospiti sono tenuti ad osservare il silenzio nelle fasce orario dalle 14:00 alle 16:00 e dalle 24:00 alle 8:00.
    • I bimbi hanno libero accesso al parco giochi ma i genitori sono tenuti alla sorveglianza. Non si risponde di eventuali infortuni derivanti dalla imprudenza dei bambini.
    • We are not responsable for damage or theft.
    • Gli alloggi vengono consegnati appena pronti e comunque non oltre le ore 16:00 del giorno di arrivo e devono essere lasciati entro le ore 9.00 del giorno di partenza

    Supplements:

    • Only in the two-room apartment 4 b. plus it is possible to insert another bed (cost: 10 € / day).
    • The documents must be delivered after the arrival and the final payment of the entire period booked.
    • Underclothes without service (ask for availability): 10 € / person / change.
    • Bath underclothes without service (ask for availability): 10 € / person / change.
