By ending the booking you implicitly accept the following points, also listed in pricing on this site

• The documents must be delivered after the arrival and the final payment of the entire period booked.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, for any reason, there is no refund.
• The renounce of the stay does not give the right to any refund.
• Is not allowed in the apartment a number of people higher than declared at the time of booking and in any case more than the number of beds provided for the specific type of solution.
• Pets are not allowed
• To ensure a peaceful stay, guests are required to observe the silence in the time slots from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 8:00.
• Children have free access to the playground but parents are required to supervisionate them. We are not liable for any accidents resulting from the imprudence of children.
• We are not responsable for damage or theft.
• The accommodations are delivered as soon as ready and in any case not later than 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 on the day of departure.
